The absolute worst customer service on the planet! I dropped off a pattern for a desk top that I wanted to cover with plate glass back in June. It's now mid August and they haven't done anything and every time I have called they give me some song and dance about how much labor it's going to take. OK, well, I am willing to pay the labor SO JUST GET THE THING DONE! I finally told them to forget about it. What a joke.
