Great ppl, hard working and very professional
Good job
They have a contract with the City of Pittsburgh to repair street lights that get called in by residents through the 311 customer service line. I turned in a request to have dozens of out lights on route 65 to be repaired and I received a phone call from someone there who was extremely nasty with me and seemed dismayed with the amount of work that was needed in that area. For a company who has a contract with a government I was extremely annoyed at how little they seemed to have cared about how they talked to residents.
