I informed the technician that I am 12 years sober off of opiates the entire time I was there I reiterated that I cannot take opiates. They guarantee me they do not give out opiates. I got to the pharmacy and they sent me in a synthetic synthetic opioid then when I called argued with me saying that tramadol is not a synthetic opioid Refused to acknowledge that they tried sending me an opioid. I recorded the phone call. The staff still refuses to acknowledge that what they sent in was an opioid.
