Buena variedad de espejuelos y gran localizacion. Pero, el personal necesita mejorar su servicio al cliente, no llaman cuando los espejuelos estan listos y necesitan mas cortesia y etiqueta con los clientes.
I've only been wearing glasses for the last decade. This is the only optical center I've gone to and I haven't had any reason to complain or be irritated about anything. I would absolutely recommend this particular Allegheny Optical center located at the Valley Mall. Thank you.
Amazing staff! Very friendly and professional. I had a problem with another store never putting my info in for my appointment. I called here and they squeezed me in the same day. I'm very thankful they did as I have to see a specialist.
Literally just called them over thirty times on two phones and no answer.
