Dr Beerf saved me from going blind … literally. He diagnosed me with dry eye disease. After telling doctors for years there is something seriously wrong with my eyes, they ALL dismissed it as “getting older”. Thank God I found Dr Beerf. I cannot thank him enough for figuring this out for me. I believe I have had Sjogrens for a long time and doctors were calling it fibromyalgia. That is now being investigated; i have all the symptoms. What a blessing Dr Beerf has been to me.
I called with a uveitis concern and the lady who answered the phone, Helen, was EXCEPTIONAL. She spent a lot of time with me helping figure out all of the details of my eye concerns. She was polite, kind, caring and also efficient - every nice word I can think of. 5 stars before I even walk into the building ! Thank you so much.
The doctors are so nice. Also, I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me pick out frames. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in the fourth grade, I’m in my 50’s, at no point has anyone ever taken the time to explain that with my prescription I need to pick the lightest frames possible or my glasses will be heavy. Well, my Kate Spade glasses look cool, but they are heavy (I bought these somewhere else).
