Terrible experience with the front desk staff. My husband called simply to schedule an appointment because he is concerned about his eye health and some vision problems. Instead of being met with professionalism, the staff member was rude, short, and unnecessarily abrasive. There was absolutely no reason to treat someone seeking medical care that way. The doctors may be great but the office staff are rude and disrespectful.
I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Beers. I had been going to see him in Hornell, but he is now practicing at Allegany Eye Associates located on Martin Street Wellsville NY.
Today my son had an incident where he ended up with metal in his eye. I called are normal eye doctor to try to get him seen and they still don't have an eye doctor. So I called Allegany eye in wellsville and they got my son right in to see Dr. Ryan Beers. Dr. Beers did amazing with son and was very informative. He was able to get the metal out of his eye very quick and efficient. My family will be switching providers so we can continue being seen by Dr. Beers.
