I have been going to Allegany Eye Associates for several years, but recently, I have become more and more disillusioned with them. They seem to be less welcoming than they used to be. It's a much colder atmosphere than it used to be. Speaking of cold... I had my annual eye exam a few weeks ago and it was freezing in the office. Everyone who works there had jackets or sweaters on. this is not the first time I have been unhappy with this practice-have been dealing with them for 15ys with the family-there is always a hassle with getting glasses and necessary repairs and pickup-dr.sibble is great the receptionists are not friendly or nice and are clueless and incompetent.so for this particular instince my daughter was seen on jan10 and needs glasses-since her insurance will start feb 1 decided to wait so it will be covered-so I called to give info before february and the receptionist was nasty and said t... read more
