I just moved into a new house with a couple of blown windows. I called Allegany Doors & Windows and Blaine answered the phone. He answered my questions professionally and more importantly, kindly. He first suggested I seek out warranty work before investing in replacement. His thought of saving me money was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend calling Blaine at Allegany Doors & Windows.
Blaine was very kind in coming to my home to assess window work done incorrectly by another contractor and providing feedback on what needed to be done and how to get it fixed appropriately and how to hold my contractor accountable. I was really appreciative of his advice and input.
Blaine was easy to work with, showed up on time, and did an amazing job. Extremely satisfied with our new sliding door. Will definitely be using Allegany Doors and Windows again to replace our doors!!
We bought this house knowing 3 windows would have to be replaced due to moisture getting in-between the double panes. After sitting through a 2-hr. competitor presentation as to why they are the best & cheapest (at $7k), we gave Allegany Doors Windows & More a call.
