While they weren't able to fix my laptop (due to it being an issue they just weren't equipped to repair at this location), they were very thorough in their analysis of it and didn't charge me for the tests or diagnosis. They tried multiple things, they explained to me everything they did, they were extremely friendly and professional. I just had a corruption issue and Allegany Computer Services was fabulous. They handled my case so fast and even realized how slowly my machine was running and why and proposed an inexpensive solution. My computer runs so fast now! They are the place to take your computer questions and needs to.
I brought in a very old laptop that hadn't been used in about 10 years to see if it could be cleaned up. They were able to get it back up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff is also professional and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their computer!
