The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional and very hard to work with. I have lived in allegan for my whole life and in this past year we dread seeking help in desperation at this ER. The doctors are decent and so are some of the nurses but that initial encounter at the desk is always dreadful. Got right in. Extremely good service. Nurse Lisa is fantastic, very caring and listens, explains everything so that you understand it. Doctor Keller was very thorough and ordered all the right tests and explains why he ordered those tests. He comes back in to tell you the results. Very good care.
