This bank as a whole has been a complete disaster, not just this branch. We opened a business account and have had problem after problem from day one across multiple situations. I would not recommend this bank to anyone running a business. We’ll be closing both our business and personal accounts less than 60 days after opening them.

horrible customer service. This place does not ever answer the phone.
I have been with Allegacy since they opened across the street in the Winston Salem Innovation Quarter. After I retired I found their branch in Advance most accessible for my needs. The staff have always been very helpful and just yesterday I found they saved me a full percentage point on my auto loan rate.
Every time I come to this location, everyone is very friendly, informative, and efficient.
