Absolutely impossible to talk to someone on the phone.
I have been with Allegacy for 20 years and would have given them 5 stars. But in the last few years they have been really slack. They lost records of our P.O.D. after our mom died. So don't trust that it will be in their computers. Get paper copies. We are still going back and forth to and from the Courthouse trying to receive whats in moms account. As if losing mom hasn't been hard enough. I really trusted and liked this credit union. I'm just hurt and disappointed.
I mean they aren’t that bad. A lot is left to be desired. But they are the most consistent. Enter a location and 9/10 your problems are solved. On the security side, they go too far, locking your account at random it seems, but better safe than sorry i guess. Don’t expect well integrated technologies or special offers. If you don’t use this as your primary bank you won’t get any benefits but I would still recommend having an account here so at the least you can say, “there’s always allegacy.” There’s no penalty to just keepi... read more
This is a okay credit union. The actual people that work at this one location are fantastic for the most part. The ladies at the front desk are always nice, kind and polite. The ladies that help you in the little cubicles are nice (except for one older lady, I can't stand her because she is straight up condescending and arrogant). They are always there to help if you have an issue on your account, and were quick to help solve those issues.
