Okay I LOVE LOVE LOVE Doctor Allega, one of the best doctors I've ever had in my life. He's a very thorough, friendly attentive doctor, been going to him for probably 15 years now. The reason why I am writing this review is because of the rotten receptionist that he has had there for the last year or so, her name is Jennifer. Every time you call there, she treats you like you're bothering her. I've had several issues with refilling my prescriptions because of Jennifer not accepting faxes from my pharmacy. I tried to call about my partner. He has mental issues. He's hospitalized at the moment. I tried to call his doctor and let him know what was happening. His nurse called me back and nurse Jennifer said "that's not our problem" when i asked if someone can help him get help. Good job guys. I asked Allega call me back. Nurse Jennifer called me twice. And it's not her problem... thanks!
No better doctor anywhere.. He just knows what's best for his patients. Does not let anything go overlooked. On the ball!! Best doctor ever!
