Dr Mallen was amazing providing emergency and hospital care when my puppy ingested a neurotoxin. She diagnosed her quickly and provided excellent care. Blessed to have their vet services in Cameron and Hamilton!
Brought the ppoch in for a grooming. All needed shots were up to date. They said I needed a flu shot and some additional non essential vaccines before they would touch her and tried to charge almost $300 dollars. Be aware before using this facility for grooming services.
The boarding experience was a positive. However, the cat experience has been a diasaster. No exams are done in the prescence of the owners, which I feel like is the first issue as I cannot confirm what services are actually being done. We have a cat that requires special food. Initially we were told he had "sludge" in his urine but there was no follow up regarding this for almost 2 weeks at which point we were told "oh it was nothing".
