The house I recently bought came with three solar trackers installed by AllEarth. First off these things are impressive, you can tell the build quality is top notch and they will last a long time. Just as important is the customer service has been outstanding. A power surge caused technical issues that they fixed right away. The technician was competent and personable. Overall impression is “wow this is a great business, I wish more contractors were like them”
I’ve got two All Earth trackers now, the first one installed about five years ago and then a second one three years ago. It’s amazing how well they work, and they have made my house “net-zero”. You need to pair them with batteries to make your home not dependent on the grid and blackout proof. All Earth has almost immediate customer and technical service with any concerns or repairs that need to be made. They are not cheap, but If you look at it from the standpoint of never having another electrical bill, it makes sense.
AllEarth is a great company to work with. Our tracker has had a couple issues since installation and they have provided excellent support.
I love our two solar array trackers from AllEarth. We installed them several years ago -- choosing trackers over ground mounts to maximize that morning sun (we're on a hill and don't have full exposure throughout the day). They have worked great, and AllEarth provides excellent monitoring service in the event something needs attention.
