I saw a "For Rent" sign at an apartment in Silver Lake with this company's number. When I called for a viewing, I experienced the same issues other reviewers mentioned - John is extremely difficult to reach and acts unprofessionally. He actually hung up the phone twice after answering, claiming he was "in a public place and can't talk," then randomly called me at 7AM about emailing apartment details. Totally unprofessional, dishonest and not forthcoming with pertinent information. Not to mention very difficult to reach, rarely answers the phone. No wonder his real estate license got revoked. Only a fooI would do business with John Alle.
Took all of my personal information promising an apartment viewing and then disappeared. Beware.
John is a wonderful agent to work with. He is always looking for a win-win solution to a real estate situation. He is accessible, and personable and has deep real estate knowledge in the Pasadena area. He helped me move into an office building when I was starting up, and has helped with our real estate needs as we have grown.
