The young guy was super nice, very knowledgeable and fixed my problem.
I highly recommend the Nacogdoches location for all of you AT&T service needs! The staff was absolutely fabulous with getting our new phones activated, moved over a phone number from a different carrier, was very knowledgeable about the products, and we left 100% satisfied and eased minds knowing we had upgraded what we needed and could afford. Kelly is an amazing sales rep and cares about her customers. She even stayed after the store closed to help me get my phone working again. :)
