Sara Surigao helped me obtain a hazard insurance policy for a triplex I own in Zirconia, NC. My prior insurer dropped me after we moved out of this residence and all 3 units became rentals. Sara found a complete landlord's hazard insurance policy for me that included rent loss in a couple of days for a very competitive price.
