Great customer service and very affordable
In January 2019 the final payment on my policy didn't post due to insufficient funds. Sucks but it happens. When I had the money, I called the agents at All Cat on Jan 22, 2019 to process my payment. They happily "helped" on that day. We'll skip forward to today Feb 19,2019, the agent never processed my payment. When I called to find out what happened, no person answered, so I left a detailed message describing my problem.
