BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a concrete plunge pool from this company in 2019. In 2023 we noticed the first sign of cracking and contacted the owner and CEO of Allcast Precast, Mike Cunningham. He told us not to worry it would patch itself up. We contacted him a few more times after this as it was getting bigger, always getting the same reply- that it was normal. By March 2025 the original crack had grown and a second crack had appeared on the opposite side. We were advised this in fact was not normal, and it would be repaired... read more
An outstanding product backed by awesome customer service. Couldn’t be happier how the pool turned out and thank you very much! The pool cooler in FNQ hooked up to this beauty makes for a very refreshing and invigorating swim.
