The woman at the front desk was incredibly stuck-up; she wouldn't even answer when I asked her a question. At first, I thought she was on the phone, but she actually told me she wasn't speaking to anyone. If she wasn't on a call, couldn't she have at least given me a response? Isn't the whole point of working at the front desk to help resolve issues? The doctors were all excellent—it was just that one woman at the front desk, the one stationed near the restroom, who had a terrible attitude.

Waited three hours for my appointment. This is ridiculous and shows no respect for the time of people. They could have rescheduled once they knew the doctor wasn’t going to come in until 2 hours later.
