Terrible experience. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and respect—not fear and unnecessary delays.
The providers I’ve seen here are decent, but the wait can be long and some of the front office staff can come off a little flippant. Please be more patient when explaining bills to people, it’s going to be hard to believe an ultrasound costs $80 if I’ve paid $600+ for the same procedure in the past. Explaining the bill breakdown rather than have me waste my time with my insurance would’ve saved us both some headache.
I had a very disappointing experience at office 209. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. The manager was speaking loudly and aggressively, and at times I could even see SALIVA while she was talking, which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about basic hygiene.
