I had a very disappointing experience at office 209. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. The manager was speaking loudly and aggressively, and at times I could even see SALIVA while she was talking, which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about basic hygiene. Waiting time was long but worth it.
This was a pleasant experience for my first time here.
I went to Dr. Vinh Vo’s clinic in Monterey Park, across from Garfield Hospital. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking in the back. The clinic is often busy, but they run it efficiently. Even with a full waiting room, I’m usually seen within 5–20 minutes. The front office staff stays focused and keeps things moving. listen to the other reviews and avoid this place. the dr herself is very kind but the way this office run is atrocious. the staff are so unhelpful and act as if you’re inconveniencing them. they’re constantly rescheduling me despite me making an appointment MONTHS in advance. one time they tried to reschedule me less than 24 hours before my appointment. i’m pretty sure they’ve rescheduled me 7/10 times i’ve come. they’ve recommended specific treatment to me during my appointment and once i leave the office, they call me 5 mi... read more
