The doctor's office charged me $100 for my visit, saying this is my deductible. I felt it is a lot more than usual. But i was in the office already. I paid. Honestly wished I read the reviews earlier and made the switch a loong time ago. I only went here because my doctor (male) referred me. They are fine if your test results are normal but other than that, they don't care about you. I've been here for years and have NEVER met Dr. Helen once. When asked to talk to her because my test results were abnormal and have additional questions, they said I have to wait 3 months for a consultation. HUH?? Isn't this what I paid for? Even though having the appointment you still need to wait over an hour.
Nurse Kelly was soooo kind & accomodating during my annual pab smear, i felt so taken care of & she was so patient, empathic, professional 🩷🩵 explained everything so thoroughly to me, couldnt have asked for a better nurse for my annual checkup! SO HAPPY I FOUND her! she taught me how to do self breast exam every month! Truly an all care woman’s center here!! Not sure why there r negative reviews The nurse & staff here are all so pleasaant welcoming & kind 🩵 service is fast as well
Super unprofessional hung up on me multiple times and was reading me someone else’s information and didn’t understand what I was trying to say
