listen to the other reviews and avoid this place. the dr herself is very kind but the way this office run is atrocious. the staff are so unhelpful and act as if you’re inconveniencing them. they’re constantly rescheduling me despite me making an appointment MONTHS in advance. one time they tried to reschedule me less than 24 hours before my appointment. i’m pretty sure they’ve rescheduled me 7/10 times i’ve come. they’ve recommended specific treatment to me during my appointment and once i leave the office, they call me 5 mi... read more
Why bother to have a phone number with business hours if you never even answer the phone or call back???? Super unprofessional.
The doctor's office charged me $100 for my visit, saying this is my deductible. I felt it is a lot more than usual. But i was in the office already. I paid. Later on, i received my Explanation of Benefits from insurance company, which shows I am responsible for $20. I called the doctor's office to ask for explanations. Honestly wished I read the reviews earlier and made the switch a loong time ago. I only went here because my doctor (male) referred me. They are fine if your test results are normal but other than that, they don't care about you. I've been here for years and have NEVER met Dr. Helen once. When asked to talk to her because my test results were abnormal and have additional questions, they said I have to wait 3 months for a consultation. HUH?? Isn't this what I paid for?
