I came here with right sided knee pain especially on the outside of the knee. I was troubled limping and had major issues getting up the stairs and up from sitting too long. The team found ITB syndrome a muscle tightness and they stretched it very aggressively and fir the first time I see major changes in my walking. The exercises are pushing me to work and I see a big change overall Allcare Physical therapy in Midwood Brooklyn is a great spot
