The best family pharmacy ever ! They always make sure my kids and I get our medications. Love that they have delivery services for free as well.
Dr called in a IM injection medication that I was to give my self for 10 days, they told me that they had to order it and it would be $195. They sent me the medication, it was supposed to be 2 separate vials one liquid one powder that had to be mixed together for each use. Well they didn’t send the liquid part and tell me that they can’t send it so the medication is useless to me. Can’t use it at all. Manager of this store changed my aunt insurance from BCBS unknown, to her because she can't read or write. BCBS sent her a letter in the mail is how we found out. She called BCBS and had them reinstate her. My aunt went back to this pharmacy and manager says they can't refill her prescription because BCBS denied her yet that very day she had them refilled at Walgreens with BCBS.
