My father and I met with Eric and he took the time to answer and explain all the steps of getting a new prosthetic leg. He was really patient and you can tell he really loves his job. I felt we were at the right place with all care and I look forward to working with them to get my dad’s mobility back on track. Our experience with Allcare while seeking care for my mother was extremely disappointing. We relied on the specialist assigned to her, at Parker at Somerset, to provide knowledgeable guidance and appropriate recommendations during a very challenging stage of her recovery. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we felt that the specialist lacked the expertise and preparation needed for such an important role. I have worn custom Richie braces for ten years now. I recently had a pair made by Chad@ Allcare- and the experience and end- result were all fantastic. They are great on the first visit! Usually, I have had to return many times for adjustments- but Chad got them perfect the first visit. A terrific Place all the way around!!!
