Dr Raymond Chan has been my doctor for over 20 Plus years now! He is very patient, helpful and understanding and very caring about other patients, including me! And he always makes sure that I am okay I am very grateful and thankful to Doctor Raymond Chan for everything that he has done for myself and for my family! He takes time to listen and chat to me. Keep up the amazing work you do😊🙏🏼
The reception staff should have some compassion! I brought 3 kids to see the Dr and my 1year old was walking around and near the office area. Not friendly at all! One receptionist basically shoo-ed us away and ask me to control her?! They are really money minded too. Dr delayed flu shot for my 1year old but was charged to Medicare too?! Just because he took her temperature.
She explained what's medication for and ask if there's something I'm worried about , calls me on time of my appointment treated her patients like a friend that you can talk to her every thing you want to know hope most of your doctors will be like her when dealings with there patient .Big thanks to doctor Amy keep it up.
