I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mahaveer Jain. I attended the clinic for a blood test and was unsure whether I had already arranged a telehealth appointment with Dr. Amy to discuss my previous results. My grandmother is almost 90 years old, and every time she has a health issue and needs to see a doctor, it is always extremely difficult—especially when trying to see Dr. Trang. Whenever she needs medication, she must first see the doctor again just to get a prescription before being able to purchase her medicine.
