Do NOT use AllCare General Contractors for any reason! AllCare DOESN'T CARE about their customer's issues, only their money!! As mentioned in another review, once they cash the insurance check, they cannot be reached, relied upon, or trusted to do the work! My insurance company paid them to repair a leak in my chimney, replace the interior sheet rock around the fireplace, texture and repaint. The contractor that came out was nice but I have a leak in my roof and I can not get anyone from this company to call me back or even respond to my emails. I have emailed and called numerous times. Once the check has cashed you are on your own. I do not recommend them because you can not get any help once the job is done. Would give zero stars if I could. This company came to my home to get me to file a claim for hail damage. Never received a price until after they rushed in to tear off my shingles and put up the new ones. Was told free this and free that and then when all was said and done the invoice showed over $11,000 . HOLY BUCKETS right? Especially considering I have a 1922 square foot house with very little slope and a single story. I received a quote from HONEST ROOF for a little over $7,000. I had a complete roof replacement with repairs in 2017. The rep was nice but now I have a leak in the same place that was supposed to be repaired... My guess it has been leaking all along. With all of the recent rains it finally came back thru the ceiling. Can't get anyone on the phone or get an answer thru email. The voicemail is always full. I have been trying for over a month.
