Very deceptive practice. Took our son there for “urgent care” but they billed our insurance as if a normal doctor’s visit so they won’t cover it. When I went back and asked about this, I was told “we are not urgent care, we are immediate care.” Therefore I’m stuck with the bill. Be very wary of this place!
