Honour your appointment times!!! An hour and a half wait is just not acceptable!! People Make appointments for a reason more then 30 minutes past the appointment time is ridiculous. Sort your shit out or stop double booking people. This clinic has forever had this problem absolutely sick of it. People have other places to be, other appointments school pick up you can't do this to people.
The receptionists and doctors are all very friendly and welcoming.
I have been there twice now for a skin cancer check up and can only speak highly about the Dr and reception staff.
Dr Newaz is a wonderful Dr who is thorough, kind and patient. I really like the whole atmosphere of this clinic, including the receptionists. Thank you for always providing a good service.
It's a place I go to quite regularly, all the staff are lovely. No complaints.
