I have been to this place twice, and both times I arrived before my scheduled appointment. On both occasions, I had to wait more than 30 minutes, which was very disappointing. During my first appointment, the doctor even answered the phone in the middle of our session and disclosed private information about another client. He also commented that the patient seemed to have a low intellect and might not be able to complete an online form, which I found extremely unprofessional. “We don’t take new patients at all” -LOL
Honour your appointment times!!! An hour and a half wait is just not acceptable!! People Make appointments for a reason more then 30 minutes past the appointment time is ridiculous. Sort your shit out or stop double booking people. This clinic has forever had this problem absolutely sick of it. People have other places to be, other appointments school pick up you can't do this to people.
The receptionists and doctors are all very friendly and welcoming.
I have been there twice now for a skin cancer check up and can only speak highly about the Dr and reception staff.
