I give a RAVE review to Luke, the owner and technician for Allcare Appliance Repair. Making an appointment was easy. He came when he said he would, and notified me when he was on his way. My Capital stove broiler wasn't working, and he came prepared to replace the igniter, which he said is typically the problem. When he discovered the igniter was not the problem, he suspected the gas intake valve was clogged, and ended up having to take the whole stove apart to clear the valve. Excellent service. Thorough technical knowledge. Completely professional. Very good communication throughout the process. I have an old BlueStar that Luke has come to revive twice. I am completely satisfied and unreservedly recommend Luke and AllCare.
Had a few problems with my Blue Star range. Luke from All Care came out and took care of all them with no problem. Professional, polite and knew his stuff. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend him.
Luke from AllCare was recommended to me by BluePoint Stoves and what a recommendation it was! Extremely knowledgeable about their products and was able to answer all my questions pertaining to the stove. We had a small over fire and thought the stove was shot but Luke came to the rescue! He carried all the parts needed to fix my stove as well as saved me a few hundred from buying a part "the other guys" said I needed. Luke from AllCare is on my speed dial for my next appliance repair! A+++
