I've known Bill as a good man for a while but I hadn't used him as a plumber, I try to do my own work, a diy type. Anyhow, I had an emergency the other day that I couldn't take care of myself so I called Bill, he responded right away told me he would be able to get to me in a half-hour. He really bailed me out on this one and I sure do appreciate it....clean, courteous and very professional. Thanks again Bill!
