I have been using Allbrite pools ever since I have moved to Coral Springs, over 11 years ago. I have only good things to say about them and their service. It is a family run business, with Tracy, Marie, and Gary all going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Good people. Milton B.
RecommendedI have been using Allbrite Pools ever since I moved to Coral Springs, 9+ years. They have done a very good job of taking care of my pool and all of it's needs. Very Reliable.
Avoid the aggrevation...poor service – Allbrite is difficult to schedule an appointment with and their customer service is non-existent. I had them repair the leak in my skimmer when we moved to Coral Springs - had to call them back out to look at it as the pool is leaking again - they were very unfriendly and I was told "45 days is all you get" on repairs. Neither Gary the owner or Maria seem interested in new customers.
Very consistent The pool service is very consistant. The tech always shows up when contracted and is very professional. After we had our roof pressure cleaned, the tech spent extra time cleaning our pool at no extra cost. As hurricane season approached, they even sent out a notice of helpful tips to get us through the season. As first time pool owners, this was very helpful.
