Allbright is an amazing company! I was having an issue with one of electric roller shades and unfortunately, the company that installed my shades closed without warning, I called Allbright on a recommendation from Hunter Douglas and Eric called me right away and was able to come to our house within a couple of days. He is extremely communicative and helpful and was able to fix our issue quickly. Highly recommend!
Customer service is horrible! An older lady with really bad thinning hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place.
