I found Allbright Carpet Cleaning on Groupon but I needed to add stairs and a few other areas that weren't listed so I called the company direct. I left a message and Mark got right back to me and gave me a quote for my place. It was much lower than 3-4 other well-known places that are hypoallergenic and I also liked that he was local. He texted me a day before to confirm and then texted me the night before to let me know the exact time frame he would be her and he WAS here at that time. Mark is awesome at his profession... he has helped me out more than once with my multiple pet situation.. he is honest, timely, and really cares about his customers... oh and did I mention he affordable? He's my go to for carpet cleaning...
