Not open when it states it is
I have used the automatic car wash twice and then disappointed both times this time was a real doozy. I paid for the triple foam wash and got pre-soak with three rinses, then spot free and dry. This is not because the foam is out, this is re-programmed to rip you off. Prove me wrong I have used the do it yourself many times over the years and every single time something is broken and unavailable. This car wash is not well-maintained.
