I have used Allbright multiple times before, and have always had a great experience. This time was very different. Lots of issues from multiple scheduling problems (even though I confirmed dates multiple times), to lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and leaving some parts of the job unfinished. In the past I have been willing to pay the premium price they charged for an excellent job, which I did not receive this time. Overall a disappointing experience from this company.
I'm absolutely delighted with the service from ALLBright! The team who went above and beyond to deliver fantastic results. The communication was excellent throughout the project, and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and impressive results in Santa Clarita. Five stars from me!
