I had my caravan toilet pump issue diagnosed and replaced all in 1 day. The check in, drop off and pick up process was super easy.
All Brand Caravans have just completed a fantastic job on our caravan. We can’t say a bad word as the work carried out on the upgrade and insurance claim was top notch. Photos were send of work done and everything explained to us in detail and all questions asked. This to me is a very professional group of guys and company. My thanks again to the Team. Caravan was booked in with plenty of time for service and a roadworthy. Rachel welcomed me in and took time to go through the Van. She also said there may be a potential buyer looking for a couples van like ours. After two days I had a full report, the roadworthy certificate, the invoice and advice where the van was parked for convenient pickup. Once we got past the speedbump of getting a timely quote, handover at drop-off was through and very professional. Despite staff shortages (due to injuries) the team pulled through with a quick turnaround on repairs and upgrades ready for our next trip away. Thanks Team!
The person I spoke with on the phone clearly struggled with English and didn't understand what I was saying. Instead of clarifying, they just argued with me based on their misunderstanding. It was a complete waste of my time. I need someone who actually understands English and can handle this properly to call me back.
