This was my first time having acupuncture, and I don't think I could have picked a better practitioner and person to experience that with. Mary is wonderful! She was very good at listening to the pain I was experiencing, and was very clear and empathetic in communicating how she could help me. I am not a fan of needles, but she did a great job comforting me and giving affirmation throughout the session. Mary is an incredible practitioner who immediately makes you feel heard, cared for, and in good hands from the moment you step into the office. Mary was able to effectively treat and significantly improve a persistent and recurring tendon/tennis elbow issue that I have struggled with on and off for several years over just a few sessions and bring some immediate (and lasting, so far, relief), with ease, kindness, and skill. I can't recommend allbodies enough for your acupuncture needs.
Mary has a kindness that radiates without words. I have struggled with my health for a long time and her techniques give me true relief that I haven’t gotten from any other health provider. I just encourage you to go try her once and see for yourself. You will thank yourself for putting you first.
Mary is the absolute best! She made my first acupuncture experience for TMJ so relaxing and easy, and made sure I understood what she was doing/why she was doing it/how it would feel. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she made me feel so comfortable, and I'm actually excited to go again!
Mary has magic hands! She is so professional and talented at her craft. She listened to my concerns and crafted a treatment plan that felt very individualized and effective. She treated my concerns thoroughly, explained everything she was doing, and answered all my questions. She is in network with my insurance and was very helpful with navigating that.
