I called her to have some alterations done on my prom dress last year and not only did she do such an amazing job, but I also got it back within a couple of days!

Jean is an excellent tailor and a delightful person. She was flexible about staying late for me to drop off a suit, did an excellent job tailoring it, charged a very reasonable price, and was so genuinely friendly that i left with a big smile on my face. I would highly recommend!

Possibly one of the best retail interactions I've ever had. I had an item that I couldn't leave, and I was in a hurry. She made time for me, did a great job, and she's a pretty cool person as well. I'm very happy with our transaction.

I recently had what I thought would be a disaster on my hands. I am getting married, and the dress I order online, turns out it was a fraud and not a real website. So, in a panic, I manage to find another (much nicer, yet cheaper) dress, and pay for rush shipping. The problem is, is that it was coming from overseas and the range of it getting here was from a week before we leave for the wedding, to the very day before. I had an oversized trenchcoat given to me and I brought it to this establishment to have the bottom taken up quite a bit. She was a very polite and kind woman, and her work was perfect; if I didn't tell you I had it taken up, you might not notice it. The price was far less than I expected for such great work. She even went out of her way to arrange a pick-up time for my trenchcoat to work around my work schedule, which really blew me away.
