I went to the park 2 years ago and was turned down because apparently I’m a minority and have witnesses. Came today to see my adopted brother who is a tenet and Cindy literally told me she has a vendetta against them and wants them out even though they cause no problems and are current on rent. Her words was … she doesn’t have to accept rent to evict someone whether they are causing problems or not then accused me of vandalizing her property by parking in the grass. I will be reporting her to authorities
Would not call back. Then, finally when they did since I called several in the area was very confused and rude that I had left several messages and I said I do apologize that I called the Wrong community, but you did not have to be rude to me. And she caught an attitude. I would not rent from here or considering they can never return calls and they are rude.
This is a very nice trailer park. All good people here. You have to buy an existing trailer in order to live here
