Worst experience I've ever had! I called prior to my appointment to make sure they took my new insurance and I was told they did . I got there and they didn't but not only that they also had there office manager come up and tell me I was wrong that I didn't have to have a picture taken of a choriadal nevus in my eye every 3 months like there doctor told me. This is the BEST eye clinic I have every been to! I have some serious eye problems that require competent ophthalmology care on a long-term basis. I started going here about five years ago after multiple friends in the area highly recommended Dr. Brant and Dr. Zhao. (I see Dr. Brant usually but my wife and children see Dr. Zhao and love her.) Terrible!! My husband was referred to this clinic by another doctor who called and got us an appointment but we had to wait 2 hrs!!!!. My husband had a metal shaving in his his eye. Does that not qualify as a medical emergency to bump him up the waiting list. There is a sign in their office and I quote " we will do our best to keep appointments on time.
