I had a front bumper guard installed on my new Lexus NX350. I read the reviews and came here from Staten Island. Before I did though I called and emailed Eli extensively about my options for metal bumper guards on my new vehicle. He was always very responsive via text and email and sent pictures. The day of the installation started off a little slower than previously arranged through no fault of theirs (traffic) but it was quick and well-done and looks sharp. Showed up at 9 AM on a Sunday, like Eli told me to when we spoke before shabbat. Some guy arrived ( definitely not Eli), Place opened 35mn late, The employee working there looked angry to have a job and make money, incredibly rude . started yelling and insulting me just because i had the audacity to ask 35mn after opening when would he could start the job. Just for a question he went crazy. Its a shame , it would have been a long and good buisness relationship if it werent for the people ruining the store s identity….
