Very rude customer care. This company was building a house near to my property and they damaged our fence, when contacted treated us rudely and was so arrogant towards us. Their response was we damaged our own fence!!! We ended up contacting police. workers always parked on my lawn and again treated us badly when said no to do it, then ended up complaining at the council. Once when we had the rubbish bin out, one of the workers took our rubbish bin and throw it in front of other people's house. There were aways been treated ... read more

Allaro homes built my very first house, walking me through every step of the process, helping me to feel confident in my choices! My design was customised for my needs and it was the perfect place for living in the tropics! Love the whole experience, and the staff who make you feel like family from start to finish.
Apart from here Ive only heard and seen good things about Allaro homes. Chris eusctase as your 1st appraisal is shocking poor judgement imo as u fully know hes a land developer. Nice guy ive met him. Cairns is to small a place to try pulling the wool over people's eyes.
