Mike was amazing. This process took far too long…..no fault to Allard. Mike was so communicative and patient throughout the entire process. Thank you!
They took care of us twice now. Once with my sons car and a second time with my work truck. Had to bring it there from a "preferred" shop from state farm cause the other place was terrible and didn't fix my truck like I asked. Allard had it only a few days and found the problem and fixed it right away. They have our business from now on, amazing staff as well!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the level of professionalism at this shop. My vehicle required two repainting attempts, and both were handled poorly. After the first attempt, there were paint speckles under the clear coat covering the entire hood. Insurance paid out over $9000+. I returned the car for a second repaint, but this led to even more issues including sanding, my brand new headlight as well as damaging the steering wheel column, and also having to replace that.
