I have had my vehicles repaired by Allard Collision on 19th Ave several times, going back to when it was originally Phoenix Body Works. Each and every time the vehicle has returned from repairs in BETTER CONDITION than it was before the crash happened. That is, they repair they have always repaired the damage so well it is good as new while also cleaning up the rest of the vehicle so when I pick it up it honestly feels like years newer than it is! Allard was extremely professional and created a seamless, painless process for me. From DeeDee calling me and getting an appointment set up, to her calling the rental company and getting everything lined up with that as well. They were extremely transparent throughout the process with a timeline and kept me up-to-date on everything as the process was completed. It was honestly one of the easiest repairs I’ve ever experienced and would highly recommend them!
