The work done to my vehicle was fine. When picking up no one was there to go over the work that was done, then find out when I get the car home that there is some white substance, possible paint, dusted on my passenger window and doors (the side that did not get worked on).
Car looks great!! Don and Gilberto did a great job of keeping me in the loop during repairs. I’m super appreciative of them and the entire team at Allard getting my car done well and fast.
Cut corners and used aftermarket/generic parts without consulting us at all. Shocker, they are no good and we have to take our vehicle back in to be fixed again. So disappointing.
