Went to get a haircut yesterday afternoon, the bloke couldnt even say hello just ignored me for 15 minutes. What sort of barber cant even manage a hello !?
Loyal customer who visits everyone 4 to 6 weeks to get my haircut. Sadly have to share my ongoing experience as things just don’t improve and now I won’t be returning or recommending. First major thing that needs to happen - those cheap plastic brushes that have the stick ball ends worn off and it’s now just plastic sticks, all staff brush each others hair the way you do to a customer and see how painful it is! I love this place, not sure why more women don’t use their service!
Took a ridiculous amount of time and the young bloke was more worried about checking himself out in the mirror then focusing on the cut. Left my son with a horrible rash too.
Never again. I left a review last time but was asked to delete it in exchange for a discount or a free haircut. I didn’t care much about that. But dear God—the barber who cut my hair didn’t put any effort into it. He was using his phone while cutting my hair and finished in less than 15 minutes, yet I still paid the full $32.
