This is by far the worst customer experience I've had waiting for a haircut. There was 2 barbers in the shop already cutting hair and 2 customers waiting (including me). After few minutes the first barber finished with his customer, cleaned his chair and area but suddenly walked out of the shop. Thought he just was going to the toilet. Worst experience ever. Old mate had B.O. he was just rushing to get me done by 5:30. No care at all. Butchered my beard I have been growing for 6 weeks. Then still charged me over $50 for the pleasure Never again.
Went to get a haircut yesterday afternoon, the bloke couldnt even say hello just ignored me for 15 minutes. What sort of barber cant even manage a hello !?
Loyal customer who visits everyone 4 to 6 weeks to get my haircut. Sadly have to share my ongoing experience as things just don’t improve and now I won’t be returning or recommending. First major thing that needs to happen - those cheap plastic brushes that have the stick ball ends worn off and it’s now just plastic sticks, all staff brush each others hair the way you do to a customer and see how painful it is!
