Every hydraulics issue requires a 'hero-supplier' and Allan's is mine. After my first visit, this is definitely my 'go to' for fittings. As a hobby farmer I was really struggling with fittings to connect a new hydraulic pump to the hoist on a 12-year-old dump trailer. Essentially I needed to go from one type of fitting required by the new pump to to the original American made dump trailer. Terrible customer service experience today. Had to get an air line rebuilt and the employee whose name was Ray was very rude towards me and did not understand how the line was supposed to be built. (Even provided a sample to go off of) Got it rebuilt, they had put the wrong end on the line, went back in to explain that it was the wrong end on it and Ray point blank asked me if I came in to “test” him like I was making a joke.
