Customer service on the phone is horrible. Asked for price and if they do walks in and the guy on the phone hung up.
Person who picked up the call was very unprofessional and didn’t even know what I was talking about and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Do not recommend.
Weeks ago I called and the stoner who answered acted like he had no idea what a neck trim was. I told him I just want the back of my neck line cleaned up with rounded sides. He still had no idea. Then today I walk in and the guy says its $30 to trim my neck line and again who ever this dude is says " Not sure what trim up neck line means". Never will I try to come to this barber shop, its not worth the hassle. Sad that what used to be a great trend of going to the barber shop to hang has turned into.
