They ARE still in business and very nice to work with. Repairman **** told me the part needed for my 14 yr old Thermador was no longer being made. He did NOT charge for the service call. I was able to locate the part through Thermador.
I have used this company for appliance repair for a few years and was very happy with their service. However, this past year, I have been very disappointed. During the summer, they put a transmission in my washing machine. I started having trouble with the washer again and tried contacting them by phone, text and their website to see if there is warranty on their work. I have not gotten any response from them.
