The experience of working with ProBuild took a physical toll on me. I'm a disabled veteran who throughout this situation wound up having to have medications added and increased due to the stress of dealing with the unprofessional workmanship I received. We had a flood in our home which required total floor replacement, drywall, painting and much more. Fernando was excellent in communicating and care for my family as a client. His team did a great job with the reconstruction and repairs. Whitney helped us work with insurance. The team at ProBuild is highly recommended!
Impossible to get in touch with. They were recommended to us after a pipe burst and flooded our bathroom. We were told the project would take a week once construction started. The communication was terrible. We never knew if anyone was coming to work on our house or who they would be. It was a different sub each time, some did not speak English and could not communicate.
