We had a water damage in our upstairs that damaged all the way to basement we had Probuild come in for repairs and they did an amazing job Whitney had amazing communication and helped me thru it all I can’t ask for more and Fernando did a great job as well. Highly recommend. Thank you
I had a fantastic experience with ProBuildATL. From start to finish, the communication was top-notch. Whitney was wonderful over the phone—her customer service is excellent and she made the scheduling process seamless. On-site, Fernando was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what we needed to get the job done right. It’s rare to find a team that makes sure the customer is kept in the loop every step of the way. I initially hired ProDryAtl for water damage and once the clean up/migitation was done they partnered with ProBuild to complete the construction work on my home. ProBuildAtl did a very fast and poor job on my floors and ceiling. The floors Pablo purchased are very cheap material and is currently coming up and has cracks etc which should not be happening with so called good quality material and good work. There is a crack in my ceiling which they did not properly fix. They changed my bathroom floor to the total opposite floor... read more
