Dr Bloom is extremely caring and attentive. I have been seeing Dr Bloom for 15 years, and every time Dr Bloom has been very thorough and helpful. When I was one of the early patients to get Covid19, Dr Bloom and his staff took care of me, checking in on me daily. When I discovered I have a potential Breast Cancer concern, Dr Bloom connected me right away with a good friend who happens to be a well-known Oncologist. The office absolutely never calls back. For weeks in many instances. If you are sick, they tell you they will get back to you within 2 business days. They don’t. They say it’s because it’s a teaching hospital and not a private facility. This is an ongoing and repetitive issue. How can a “primary care” provider not provide primary care?
Condescending as they make them. Last visit, after just getting an endoscopy, he did not look at the results. He also did not take my complaint seriously. That will be my last visit ever.
I’ve been seeing Dr Bloom for 10 years now, and I think he is wonderful and very personable. I highly recommend him.
